Recruting & Training
It is easy to become a volunteer; you will just need to pass the 3 stages:
1. Registration – a completion of the registration form at the headquarters of the Volunteer Service.
2. Education – the seminars for the volunteers of Asiada will take place from June until October 2010 on the topics:
- “The Asian Winter Games. History and role”;
- "Ethics and Culture in volunteer work";
- "Particular qualities of volunteer activities of the 7th Asian Winter Games 2011”.
Education will be based on the credit system, so each volunteer will be able to make their own schedule and be trained without wasting time and money. The schedule of the seminars will be posted in this section in early June 2010.
3. Certification – a volunteer will be certified after successfully passing the interview and the language test.
In total, depending on the direction of the selected activities (see "Volunteers Asiada"), a volunteer will need to attend 3 - 5 seminars.
